United Skates of America, a leader in recreational and entertainment facility management for over 50 years, is looking for enthusiastic management candidates to join our team at our Skate land Mesa location in Mesa, AZ . Our beautiful roller-skating rink, located at 7 E. Southern Avenue roller and inline skating, a large arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and the best birthday parties around!
 
We are seeking Assistant Managers who possess the following qualities:
  • Outgoing personality with a “Lead by Example” management and leadership style
  • Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or similar fields is preferred
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays (we can accommodate your schedule)
  • Proven experience with cash handling and control
  • Comfortable managing and entertaining 100+ guests
  • Strong desire to learn about business operations and financials
  • A passion for creating fun and memorable guest experiences

Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: $17.50/hr., 20-30 hours/week
 
MUST be available weekends and some weeknights
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
